Doctor Who Infrared Battle RC Dalek Strategist
A long time ago, the Daleks sent out thousands of egg-shaped Progenitors which had the race’s genetic coding, so that new Daleks could be made as needed.
One of these was found in England during the Second World War and taken to a Dalek ship. The Progenitor created a powerful new Dalek race, including Red Drones and Blue Strategists.
The six inch Infrared Battle RC Dalek Strategist is fully operational and radio-controlled with complete 360° movement and a built-in Infrared combat system so that you can pit two Daleks against each other in battle. (To do this, you’ll two models with different control frequencies – 27MHz and 40 MHz. The Battle RC Dalek Strategist is 40 MHz.)
Other features include flashing lights, speech, and a poseable gun and arm. One Dalek comes supplied with this product, but there are two designs to collect in the series, the other of course being the 27MHz Red Drone. The traditional Ironside Dalek in khaki finish is also available.
The Doctor Who Battle RC Dalek Strategist requires six AAA batteries, which are not supplied with this product, and is priced at around the £20 mark. Young Timelords aged five or older will love playing with this toy, and unleashing their imaginations.
This toy is just out this autumn, and given that everyone love Dr Who, the Battle RC Dalek Strategist is set to be on many youngsters’ Christmas toys list for Christmas 2010. Scoop one up now before they all fly off the shelves.
