Doctor Who 11 Doctors Set
The Eleven Doctors set is the ultimate collection for Dr Who fans, comprising every incarnation of the famous Time Lord in a striking TARDIS display box.
The Eleven Doctors set is the first time all 11 have been brought together, with the first three to take the famous role, William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, and Jon Pertwee, who played Dr Who between 1963 and 1974, previously notoriously hard to come by.
So whether your favourite Doctor was Tom Baker’s stint until 1981 (at seven years he’s still the longest-serving Time Lord) or Peter Davison’s three years as the Fifth Doctor, you’ll love these five-inch plastic action figures, fantastic both for imaginative play and as collectors’ items. They’re fully compatible with the other figures created by Character, as well as the TARDIS Playset, and you’ll love the authentic detailing on the costumes.
The TARDIS box has doors which open out to present a biography of each Doctor. So that’ll remind you that the mid and late 1980s belonged to Colin Baker and the wonderfully eccentric Sylvester McCoy as the Sixth and Seventh Doctors. Paul McGann took up the mantle in 1996, before the dark years for Dr Who fans followed, until Christopher Eccleston became the Ninth Doctor in 2005.
Of course, the Eleven Doctors Set wouldn’t be complete without the two most recent incarnations, David Tennant and current incumbent Matt Smith.
It’s suitable for young time-travellers aged five and (much, much) older - all for the very down-to-earth price of around £50.
But, given the extreme popularity of Dr Who, and the fact that the Eleven Doctors set is such a rarity, it’s very likely to be one of the hottest toys for Christmas 2010, on every fan’s Christmas wish list. Grab a set now, or you could face disappointment.
