Kung Zhu Pets Battle Arena
Zhu Zhu hamsters took the toy world by storm last year, and now they’re back, this time in a new incarnation and prepared for combat in the Kung Zhu Pets Battle Arena.
The new Kung Zhu hamsters may look fluffy, but don’t be fooled by their cuddly appearance – these creatures are tough! The miniature martial arts masters, also known as Kung Zhu Special Forces, are ready to go head to head with the Ninja Warriors in the Kung Zhu Battle Arena.
The Kung Zhu Battle Arena comes with accessories like ramps and flags, and it’s the perfect setting for an awesome showdown. The red and grey circular arena has underground tunnels on either side, and it is through these that the warriors emerge to do battle. With its coloured markings and layout, it’s the ideal theatre for the ultimate hamster war.
There are eight new hamsters, with unique sounds and colouring, four in each category, with characters like Stonewall and Sergeant Sarge in the Special Forces, and Ninja Warriors including the likes of Yama, Drayko, and Thorn.
Even if Kung Zhu Hamsters may start off fairly mild, the smart-chip technology inside them means that you can hear them transform into full warrior mode. No more Mr Nice Hamster!
Kung Zhu Pets can be bought separately, along with their own battle packs, training grounds and tanks. (And they’ll need all the resources they can get their little paws on, since it’s set to be such a tough fight to the finish!)
The Kung Zhu Pets Battle Arena is perfect for young warriors aged four or older, and retails from £30. Given the popularity of this range (remember how the hamsters became nearly impossible to find last Christmas?) this must-have toy for boys is tipped to be a best seller for Christmas 2010, so snap one up while you still can.
