Sail LEGO’s brick-built seas and search for gold and adventure with the cleverly named Brickbeard’s Bounty.
This fully kitted out pirate ships comes complete with all sorts of little goodies and features intricate attention to detail. There’s an old school treasure chest, traditional-style map and even a mermaid on the prow of the ship. Naturally there’s a plank for anyone who dares to incur the wrath of Brickbeard.
LEGO have even thought to include a large shark in the set that can be positioned below anyone unfortunate enough to be forced to walk the plank.
Children can explore a variety of role playing possibilities with this set, which contains a number of LEGO minifigures including Captain Brickbeard (complete with hook and wooden leg) and his crew, made up of three different little figures sporting pirate fashions such as the black triangle hat, tattoos and stripey vests.
There’s also an Admiral’s daughter in a white dress, with two imperial soldiers to protect her. Not forgetting a monkey and a parrot.
Features include 3 pull-action firing cannons for battle situations, removable captain’s quarters with desk, stool and map, colourful red and white sails with skull and crossbones, and a traditional pirate flag. There’s even a small rowing boat for going ashore to search for treasure.
