Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to take on the character of a hero and join the battle to restore Heroica to the peaceful and lush land it was before the monsters arrived and ran riot.
Choose your character carefully; each has his own set of strengths and weaknesses. Using your new identity, embark on a daring mission to save Castle Fortaan from the goblin king and his monster army. Like all great quests, this one has a twist. In addition to vanquishing the king you’ll also have to uncover his battle plans and return home with the helmet of protection.
Rearrange the board and build your own adventure using tunnels, secret doors, weapons, potions, keys and treasure. Battles, health points and use of special weapons are all decided on a roll of the dice.
