LEGO Star Wars Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator - Set 7961
Are you ready to feel the full power of the dark side of the force? If so, it’s time to check out LEGO Star Wars Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator. New for 2011, it’s an impressively detailed set with exclusive minifigs that will go down a storm with SW and LEGO fans old and young. It works equally well as a role play toy and a standalone showpiece.
Highlighted as one of the year’s must-have toys, the 3rd version of the Sith Infiltrator has everything a dark Jedi warrior could possibly want for a deadly stealth mission. The ship is the star of the 439-piece set and is a fun and engaging build with lots of cool features. We’re talking folding wings, opening hatches, flick-fire missiles and a landing ramp. The best bit is undoubtedly the detachable Sith speeder with 2 ejecting probe droids – a very nice touch to an already awesome set. When constructed, it measures over 15cm long x 22cm wide.
The interior of Dark Maul’s Sith Infiltrator doesn’t disappoint. Inside the cockpit you’ll find a few cool surprises, including his trademark light sabers and a black flight path screen imprinted on the brick.
There are 4 minifigs inside the box. You’ll find the new Darth Maul with horned head and black cape, plus Qui-Gon Jinn plus 2 exclusives; the first ever Captain Panaka with hat and big blaster plus the first minifig of Padme Naberrie to be released in over 10 years. She comes with a small blaster.
The biggest of its type to date, the LEGO Star Wars Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator is priced at around £60, which puts it into the main Christmas present category.
