Star Wars Force Trainer
Children can use the power of the Force to transform themselves from humble Padawans to wise Jedi Masters, as they unleash the power of mind control with the ingenious Star Wars Force Trainer courtesy of toymaker Uncle Milton Industries.
The Star Wars Force Trainer is like a Brain Trainer for little minds. It consists of a headset, 10 inch high transparent control tower and training sphere. The aim is to make the sphere move (a little like Luke did in the original Star Wars film) up and down the tower using the wearer’s own brainwaves.
So how exactly does the Force Trainer work? Here comes the science bit: the headset is designed to read and interpret brainwaves via advanced dry neural sensor technology - a simplified version of EEG medical tests.
The information provided by the brainwaves is converted into digital signals which are sent to the control tower, which in turn makes the training sphere move. Designed to enhance the power of concentration, kids will find that increased levels of focus will result in a greater ability to make the sphere rise and fall, seemingly at will.
The voice of Jedi Master Yoda is on hand to act as a guide through all 15 levels of Force training from rookie to the highest rank. Audio features also include other Star Wars sound effects and clips from the films, which emit from the bottom of the control tower to make the whole experience more authentic and fun.
Requires 9 x AA batteries (not included). Dimensions: 40.6 x 15.2 x 25.4cm.
Suitable for Star Wars fans young and old alike, the Star Wars Force Trainer is available from the retailers listed above.
