Sylvanian Families Beechwood Hall
Sylvanian builders Wade Waters and Alonzo Macavity have been beavering away on the refurbishment of Willow Hall, launched this year as Beechwood Hall. It’s kitted out in a bright cream, and just waiting to be lived in and loved!
Sylvanian Families Beechwood Hall boasts the unique distinction of being the only house in Sylvania with lights! You can have fun turning them on and off, creating a cosy glow. Extra lights can be bought separately.
But that’s not the only great thing about this toy - it opens up to reveal five rooms and two floors, with a balcony which can be added to the first floor. A large play area for the ground floor can be converted into a garden or green area. Beechwood Hall also features eight balustrades.
A triangular floor piece slots into place between the two bedrooms to form a landing area. You can then move easily between the upstairs rooms, or have the staircase coming up to the landing instead of straight into one of the upstairs rooms.
As with any home, Beechwood Hall needs a family to live in it and furniture. The enchanting Sylvanian Family figures and a range of delightful furniture, from pine bunk beds to a three-piece suite, can all be purchased separately. This toy takes two AA batteries, and can be enjoyed alone or by children playing together. It is perfect for stimulating the imagination, and inspiring creative role play.
Suitable for children aged four or older, it retails for around £60. This is a much-loved brand, and so is likely to be one of the popular toys for Christmas 2010. If Sylvanian Families Beechwood Hall is on your child’s Christmas list, snap one up now while you still can.
